The garden of Notre Dame d'Orsan Priory has elegantly resurged from the past. To bring back the spirit of a monastic garden its creators used medieval illuminations as inspiration. Cleverly placed plaiting and training wire form a cloister of greenery, elevated borders, gazebos and arbours. At your own pace you can discover its secret gardens, vegetable gardens, orchards, medicinal plant garden, fruit-tree maze, and the Roseraie de Marie. Orsan celebrates the art of gardening and all the talent that goes into it. You will feel both inspired and serene. You can also have lunch here at weekends and every day in summer, with the garden's fruit and vegetables on the menu. And from spring to Christmas, events are regularly held to add to the pleasure of visiting Orsan.
